2021 Bentley Bentayga recalled with software fault

The fault could compromise the effectiveness of the stability control system, according to the manufacturer.

Bentley has recalled two examples of its 2021 Bentley Bentayga, citing a software fault.

The affected vehicles were both sold this year, and are stamped Model Year 2021.

The recall notice, lodged with the Department of Infrastructure, says: “Due to incorrect software parameters within the Chassis Control Module, there may be a delay in the intervention of the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) – This may result a loss of vehicle control.
