Yongnuo has unveiled its new YN 85mm F1.8R DF DSM lens for Canon RF mount mirrorless camera systems. The lens appears to be all but identical to the company’s YN85mm F1.8S DF DSM lens for Sony E mount camera systems.
The lens is constructed of nine elements in eight groups, features a seven-blade aperture diaphragm, has a minimum focusing distance is 80cm (31.5″) and, much like Canon’s own RF lenses, features a programmable control ring that can be used to control aperture, ISO and shutter speed.
