Sony has released a new firmware update for the ZV–1 that enables direct output over USB to a PC or compatible smartphone. The Sony ZV-1 is a great little compact camera for vloggers and the only thing missing until now has been the ability to connect it to a computer via USB for livestreaming.

Firmware v2.00 lets users connect the Sony ZV-1 to a PC (or compatible MacOS machines) via USB and live stream in high-quality video.
