Leica Debuts Full-Frame Q Typ 116

Continuing to expand on the brand’s consumer-focused offerings, here Leica debuts the Q (Typ 116, in Leica terms) to the market. The camera is meant to iterate the high performance qualities of a full-frame sensor within a compact camera. The result is instantly striking and lives up to its German heritage: the Q is equipped with a 24-megapixel CMOS full frame sensor for richly detailed photographs in literally any lighting; features a 3″ touch LCD at the back with a refined user interface; shoots high-definition video up to 60 frames per second; features on-board WiFi and even a built-in flash. Interested parties can pick up the Leica Q from retailers and online now for $4250 USD.
