Canon has launched the new Canon XF605 4K UHD professional camcorder.. The Canon XF605 offers 4K 4:2:2 10-bit image acquisition combined with a 15x optical zoom lens, complete with IS. It seems that this could be the next workhorse for solo shooters working in a broadcast environment.
The US price is $4,499, and it is now available for pre-order at B&H and Adorama. Shipping is scheduled to start mid-October 2021.
