The Canon EOS R1 is rumored to be the flagship king of the camera giant’s EOS R series – and a direct rival to the ludicrously powerful Sony A1.

Given it will likely sit above the Canon EOS R5, which we called “Canon’s best ever stills camera”, it’s a pretty exciting prospect. Of course, it will likely cost a fortune, but the EOS R1 is also rumored to contain tech that we haven’t seen before in mirrorless cameras.
