While Panasonic hasn’t completely forgotten about LCD TVs in recent years, there’s no doubt that its main focus has been on OLED. Which isn’t surprising, really, given OLED’s similarities to the plasma technology that used to be such a Panasonic speciality. With 2019’s 58-inch TX-58GX800, however, Panasonic looks to have delivered its most potent LCD offering for years.
