As we see more budget-friendly true wireless earphones, some from big-name brands, the hope is that the sub-$100 realm of cable-free in-ears will finally be populated by more than a few standouts. One manufacturer that we don’t necessarily associate with audio, Belkin, has a new $59.99 entry to the cable-free realm: the Belkin Soundform True Wireless Earbuds. At this price, our expectations have to be modest—the lack of accessories or an app with user-adjustable EQ is to be expected at this price.
