The Comet Lake SoCs are the most recent Intel newborns. They are power-efficient so you are not going to find them in high-end gaming laptops. Their place is in the ultraportable notebooks where they can reveal their strength – battery-friendly power draw, long hours of autonomous work, just 15W TDP, and the dissipated heat is on the low side. Battery-friendly doesn’t mean slow – if you need more power Intel Turbo Boost is here to help you, of course with a price to pay like higher TDP and higher frequencies.
