Mazda MX-30 EV debuts at 2019 Tokyo Motor Show

Mazda has a new SUV that it is showing off at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show called the MX-30. The vehicle has four doors, but two of the doors are smaller and appear to open after the front doors are open like the smaller doors on a modern extended cab truck.

Mazda says that the MX-30 team worked hard to create a cabin with an open feel. The console tray uses Heritage Cork to give texture and visual warmth. The door trim uses a fibrous material with a texture to give the cabin a sense of openness. Both of the materials are low-impact and sustainable.
