Winners & Losers: Sexy new Microsoft laptops Surface, UK porn block shrivels up

In a week that’s been pretty busy in terms of new tech launches, Microsoft’s new line of Surface devices have really shone. Meanwhile, the UK government’s forever delayed age verification plans – aka the UK Porn Block – stands out in a rogue’s gallery which this week includes Three, and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Google unveiled two new Pixel phones on Tuesday, the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL. These very much look set repeat the success of last year’s Pixel 3. The Face Unlock feature is apparently so good it’ll work even when you’re asleep.
