Learn the steps needed to reboot or factory reset your tracker
Your Fitbit tracker may be a reliable device most of the time, but there’s probably still the odd occasion where you find yourself with no option but to reset it.
Whether it’s a Charge, Alta, Versa or Ionic – or maybe even the new Inspire – restarting different Fitbit devices all involve slightly different steps. And if your device is failing to respond, won’t track you or won’t sync, it’s likely that you’ll have to reboot it just to get things moving again. Or, you may have to give it a full factory reset and erase your data.
