Despite the odd quirk, the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra brings a refreshing premium touch to the Wear OS ecosystem.  It’s certainly true that the Ultra’s design appears heavily inspired by Apple’s homonymous alternative, but I don’t suspect Android users craving a supercharged smartwatch will care much. If you can handle the clunky navigation, mildly unpredictable battery life, and oversized footprint, the Galaxy Watch Ultra is an excellent upgrade to the typical mid-range smartwatch experience.
