In a blog post published yesterday (January 19), Assemble Debug reported that a Google employee posted a comment on Android Gerrit, revealing that the first three Beta versions of Android 16 will be launched in January, February and March. Citing the blog post, Igeekphone attached the Android 16 Beta release schedule as follows:
January: First Beta release (may be released on January 22)
February: Second Beta release (may be released on February 19)
March: Third Beta release (likely to be released on March 12, when the platform stability milestone will be reached)
April-may: More Beta versions may be released for final testing
Q2 2025: Official release, for AOSP and Pixel devices…
