The ThinkPad T14 Gen 1 (AMD) was an instant hit, not only due to its Zen 2 Pro performance but because there wasn’t much of a competition, because Intel was still stuck with their Ice Lake chips, which didn’t stand a chance against the AMD hegemony. Now, things are a little different, mainly due to Tiger Lake-U being out.

The new architecture brought some much-needed performance boost to the table, along with great integrated graphics.
