Dell Inspiron 17 7786 2-in-1 review – dancing on the “thin” line between convenience and impracticality

Let’s say it this way – there aren’t a lot of 17-inch convertible notebooks on the market. And there is a reason for that. Most people can’t utilize that much working space and moreover – they find it impractical to carry such a large device with themselves. While these people are right for the most part, we still think that there is a certain amount of enthusiasts that would benefit from a huge 2-in-1 laptop. Well, this review is for you, enthusiasts.

We are in the process of testing Dell convertibles with Whiskey Lake CPUs. In this case, there is a huge difference, compared to the previous model – the Inspiron 17 7779, which featured Kaby Lake processors. So, naturally, we expect a lot more performance at a slightly higher price and more graphics power if you opt for a GeForce MX150 equipped model.
