The 10th gen Intel Comet Lake-H CPUs debuted around one year ago. Most of them are fine in terms of performance but one of the problems was that they are almost technically the same as the Coffee Lake chips. The new ones offer a bit higher frequencies and a slightly refined 14nm tech process (with a lot of pluses after the name).

The other problem for the current Comet Lake-H CPUs is called AMD Zen 3 mobile (and even Zen 2 too).
