Lamborghini has paid tribute to one of the most iconic supercars ever built, and its most recognisable model: the legendary Countach.

Based on the underpinnings of Lamborghini’s outgoing Aventador supercar, the new Countach LPI800-4 celebrates 50 years since the unveiling of the 1971 Countach LP500 prototype, which previewed the 1974 production model that would go on to adorn the bedroom walls of young car enthusiasts for the decades that followed.
