The Panasonic Lumix DC-GH5s and the Sony Alpha 7S II are two high-end video centric cameras that were announced, respectively, in January 2018 and September 2015.

The Panasonic GH5s will be available from February for $2499 body-only.

Coming back to sensor resolution, Both the GH5s and the A7S II are mirrorless interchangeable lens cameras that are based on a Four Thirds (GH5s) and a full frame sensor. The Panasonic has a resolution of 9.9 megapixel, whereas the Sony provides 12 MP.
