Today you will witness yet another intriguing battle between three mobile processors developed by the leading companies Qualcomm and Samsung. We are talking about Snapdragon 835, Snapdragon 820 and Exynos 8895. For this comparison we will use the smartphones HTC U11, ZTE Axon 7 and Samsung Galaxy S8. We would like to first have a look at their specifications and then juxtapose their results from various benchmarks, and conclude with surface overheating tests.
We start off with Snapdragon 835, which is a 64-bit mobile processor developed by Qualcomm. It can be found in the smartphone HTC U11. This is the first Qualcomm chip manufactured through a 10nm technological process. Snapdragon 835 features eight Qualcomm Kryo cores – the first four reach a clock speed of up to 2.45GHz while the second four – up to 1.9GHz.
