EU Commission clears Microsoft’s Activision-Blizzard acquisition with conditions

A few weeks ago, the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) announced it was blocking Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision-Blizzard citing concerns with potentially reduced cloud gaming competition.
