Four games have been played in the 2022 NBA Finals, and basketball’s championship series now returns back to the Bay Area tied at two games apiece. The Golden State Warriors lost Game 1, the first finals contest at San Francisco’s Chase Center, after the Boston Celtics exploded for 40 points in the fourth quarter. The Dubs rebounded for a dominating Game 2 win in the best-of-seven series, but couldn’t overcome strong performances by Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart as Boston took home the win in Game 3.
