Modern camera lenses work very hard to fight imperfections, adding elements to correct chromatic aberration, spherical aberration, and a host of other issues. Ironically, at the same time, software programs are embracing classically inspired presets and adding things like digital flare. If there’s a happy medium to this old school-new school tug of war, it’s the Canon RF 100mm Macro.
