Seeed’s XIAO RP2040 is a diminutive board. It looks too small to be useful, but appearances can be deceptive. This isn’t the first XIAO board from Seeed, previously there was an Arm Cortex M0+ running at 48 MHz powered model, Seeeduino XIAO which looks identical to the XIAO RP2040 and is also identically priced at $5.40. The XIAO was an impressive board, but the XIAO RP2040 brings the RP2040 SoC to the table and with that we have a much more powerful microcontroller, for zero extra money.
