More information about the EF 200-600mm f/4.5-5.6 IS lens have now leaked on the web including its announcement date and price.

Canon will reportedly unveil a super-telephoto zoom optic without an L-designation and it is expected become available in 2016.

Canon’s next super-telephoto zoom lens is coming this summer probably at Photokina 2016 event will start in September. As mentioned earlier this product will also become available in the market for a lower price than the existing EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM lens.
