If you’re interested in a tracker like the Mi Band Pulse, chances are that you don’t need out of context heart rate data on a daily basis. Still, it looks like Xiaomi is phasing out its original Mi Band so this will be one of the most affordable trackers you can find throughout 2016. If you take a punt, just bear in mind that it will no doubt overstate your steps. In almost all cases, a Misfit device will be a better bet for a first time tracker but Xiaomi has at least proved how cheap this kind of wearable can be done.
