Borderlands 3 is a unique-looking game because of the cell shading tech. Its cartoonish look isn’t something that you can see every day and that’s why this title feels a bit more unique than the other games on the market.  On the other hand, if you want to enjoy the graphics of this game with all its glory, you’re machine must be equipped with at least a good mid-range video card.
