New-gen sports car set to be unveiled on April 5 in joint debut with Subaru

Toyota is preparing to reveal the second-generation 2021 Toyota GR 86 on April 5 at an event that is also expected to lay out fresh details of the joint-venture partnership with Subaru.

Subaru, which revealed the 2021 Subaru BRZ sports car twin last November, posted the announcement on its official website in Japan this week with the catch-cry: “Let’s make ever-better cars together.”
