Flagship AMG set to be fastest four-door ever thanks to next-gen plug-in hybrid 4.0-litre V8 turbo

Details of the upcoming 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT 73e 4MATIC EQ Power+ 4-Door Coupe are firming up that reveal it will produce an incredible 600kW and 1000Nm of torque when it arrives later this year.

According to Autocar, the powerful new Mercedes-AMG GT 73e will comfortably destroy the 0-100km/h sprint in less than 3.0 seconds, with the all-wheel drive Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid rival only running out of puff as speeds approach well north of 330km/h.
