Canon is preparing to offer fast f/1.4 prime lenses to the RF mount system with details including a total of six optical formulas with both Canon RF 24mm f / 1.4L and Canon RF 50mm f / 1.4 lenses, with the latest patent application. Among them, 6 new Canon RF lenses were spotted, including a fast f/1.4 lens and a 28mm f/1.8 option.
In addition to f/1.4 primes, two new f/1.8 optics have been identified in Canon’s patent application.
