Huawei MatePad 10.4 Tablet Review: An all-rounder without Google

The joy of missing out. The Huawei MatePad 10.4 is affordable but still has quite something to offer. An octa-core SoC, up to 64 GB of storage, 4 speakers and optional extras such as LTE support and a digital input pen make the 10.4-inch tablet a real all-rounder for multimedia, games and surfing the web. Google services are the only thing that is missing to make this package complete.

Huawei has produced a mid-range 10.4-inch tablet with a decent amount of features. Its 2K display, surround sound from 4 speakers and the optional Huawei M-Pencil position the Android on par with equally capable and similarly priced competitors such as the Apple iPad 7 (2019) or the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.
