Asus VivoBook Flip 14 is a mighty mid-range mammoth

The Asus VivoBook Flip 14 (starting at $599.99, reviewed $699.99) is the Hulk of mid-range laptops thanks to its Herculean AMD Ryzen 4000-series CPU. 

I thought I was reviewing just another ho-hum 2-in-1 laptop, and then  — wham! — I was gobsmacked by the breakneck, rapid-fire performance scores that the unassuming VivoBook Flip 14 offered, sailing past its mid-tier laptop competitors.
