Intel Xe-HP “High Performance” DG2 GPU spotted in open source documentation

We still have much to learn about Intel’s Gen12 GPUs, but it turns out that Intel published information about the Xe-HP architecture in January. Spotted by @KOMACHI_ENSAKA in open-source documentation, the Xe-HP architecture will be the basis of workstation and high-end GPUs.

There has been plenty of news about Intel’s Xe architecture lately, with the DG1 appearing on 3DMark, Sisoft Sandra and Geekbench since February. However, it turns out that Intel published information about its Xe architecture in January, but no one noticed.
