Gigabyte Aero 15 XB with Intel Core i7-10875H trails Acer ConceptD 9 Pro with i9-9980HK in Geekbench and falls behind AMD Ryzen 7 4800H in multi-core test

The new Comet Lake-H high-end processor Intel Core i7-10875H has been tested on Geekbench as part of a Gigabyte Aero 15 XB laptop. The results left the Comet Lake chip behind the scores achieved by the Coffee Lake i9-9980HK found in the powerful Acer ConceptD 9 Pro, and the AMD Ryzen 7 4800H in HP’s Pavilion 24 grabbed a much higher multi-core score.

The Intel Core i7-10875H is a new mobile processor that has 8 cores, 16 threads, and a TDP of 45 W. The Comet Lake chip was found being tested on Geekbench 5.1 by _rogame as part of a system labeled “Gigabyte Aero 15 Studio XB”. The Gigabyte Aero 15 XB laptop is one of the first devices to feature the i7-10875H, and it also comes with Nvidia’s new GeForce RTX 2070 Super Mobile GPU. The Geekbench 5.1 results were 1,292 points in the single-core test and 7,447 points in the multi-core test.
