Irix 45mm f/1.4 Lens Officially Announced

Irix has officially announced their new 45mm f/1.4 manual focus lens, designed for full-frame DSLR cameras, the lens will be available in Canon EF, Nikon F, and Pentax K lens mounts.

First seen at The Photography Show in 2017 (in prototype form), a variant of the 45mm f/1.4 lens was first released last year as the CINE 45mm T1.5. It’s now being announced as the Irix 45mm f/1.4 lens, and is designed to cover the full-frame sensor of Canon, Nikon and Pentax DSLRs. Pricing and availability is yet to be announced.
