Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphones are finally official. Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi on Thursday took the wraps off the two phones in its home market of China. While the Redmi Note 8 Pro packs significant improvements in design as well as specifications over the Redmi Note 7 Pro, the Redmi Note 8 doesn’t stray too far from its predecessor. Having said that there are still several upgrades in the Redmi Note 8 over the Redmi Note 7.
