Should I wait for the 16-inch MacBook Pro release date to upgrade, or should I buy a 2019 MacBook Pro today? This is a question I’m hearing from a lot of potential buyers and that I’ve been asking myself for the last month. This is what I’ve learned and what you need to know if you are thinking about waiting for the 16-inch MacBook Pro before you upgrade to a new Mac.

For months we’ve heard rumors of a new MacBook Pro with a 16-inch display, a new keyboard, and a new design. Over the last couple of weeks, rumors are converging on a potential Fall release date and more agreement on what this new notebook will offer.
