What is the Samsung HW-Q80R?
The Samsung HW-Q80R is the latest mid-range soundbar from the company, and it sits just below the flagship HW-Q90R. The two soundbars are essentially identical, with one major exception: the Q80 drops the wireless rear speakers. This means it lacks the rear surround and overhead channels that grace the HW-Q90, and is restricted to the three front-, two upward-, and two side-firing drivers included on the soundbar.
