Lenovo Qualcomm 5G laptop – Hands on with ‘Project Limitless’ Review

The world’s first laptop with an integrated 5G modem, codenamed ‘Project Limitless’ was announced today by Qualcomm at Computex 2019 – and Trusted Reviews got to spend some hands-on time with it.

The forthcoming laptop, built by Lenovo, will feature Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8cx Compute Platform – more commonly known as simply 8cx – an eight-core 7nm system-on-chip (SoC), incorporating the forthcoming Snapdragon X55 5G modem, which promises peak download speeds of up to 2.5Gbps over 4G, and 7Gbps over 5G.
