Apple has quietly launched the keenly anticipated iPad Mini 5, more than three years after the release of the iPad Mini 4. The new iPad Mini matches the specs and features of the iPad Air 3 which was announced at the same time. The Mini 5 boasts upgraded internals, Apple Pencil support and an improved display.
