Lenovo Legion Y740 (17-inch) (2019) Review

The Lenovo Legion Y740 is a mixed bag. On one hand, its $2,489 price (starting at $1,839) will get you strong Intel Core i7 and Nvidia RTX 2080 Max-Q performance, a decently comfortable keyboard, and a solid pair of speakers. But on the other hand, its display is rather dim, the battery life is subpar and the deck flexes like there’s no tomorrow. Overall, the Legion Y740 is a solid pick if all you’re concerned about is performance, but you could do better for the money.
