Just weeks after the M-Horse Pure 2 was launched, they have announced their latest flagship phone. This will be the M-Horse Pure 3. And it seems this is going to be the cheapest phone with a Helio P23 Chipset in the world. When I looked up the estimated price the first time I thought it was a mistake. But no, they’re serious. This means you will be able to get a M-Horse Pure 3 under the 140 euro marker. Let’s look at what we get at this price:
The M-Horse Pure 3 will come in two colours. There’s a black version and a stunning red version. I think that’s a good move, since the Pure 2 came in black and blue only. The Pure 3 looks quite different from the 2 model. It has a much smoother look and all the edges are round. On the back we find a fingerprint scanner and what looks like dual camera’s. On the front we actually see little else but the n.huge 5.7″ IPS capacitive touch screen with 720 x 1440 px resolution. Untill we take a closer look. Then we also see a dual camera set up on the front. The device is about 8.5mm thick which is about a millimeter thinner than say the Blackview S8 or the Uhans i8.
But what, to me, is the most interesting part of the M-Horse Pure 3 is what is has under the hood. Does the appearance match it’s inside? Well, like I mentioned in the title, the Pure 3 will be sporting the Helio P23processor by Mediatek. So this should give M-Horse an definite edge on the budget competition. Considering most similar priced devices run on a 1.5 Ghz octa-core processor. The Helio P23 is clocked at 2.0 Ghz. Or 4 x 2 and 4 x 1.6 Ghz to be exact. The Pure 3 also comes with no less than 4GB of RAM and brings a 64GB internal storage into the game.
The M-Horse Pure 3 has a 4000mAh Li-Po Battery that supports fast-charging (Type C conection). This should give you enough power to use your device throughout the day without recharge. Now, I’ve mentioned it before, the Pure 3 does not only come with dual camera on the back. It also seems to have an 8 and a 5 megapixel camera on the front. For the back camera’s they have used a 13 and a 5 megapixel sensor. So on paper and in theory one should be able to shoot some decent pics with the M-Horse Pure 3.
The device will be officially launched this month and we are very interested to see how it will be received by the tech loving audience all over the world. As soon as we can get our hands on a unit we will revisit this interesting device for a full review. Untill that time you can always look on the Official M-Horse website for more news or updates.
